What do I need to bring or do prior to my appointment?

On the day of your appointment, Please wait in your vehicle or outside the salon. We will call you when we are ready for you to come to the front desk.

Please bring your passport as this is the only proof of valid ID we accept. If you cannot provide this, then, unfortunately, we cannot carry out your test.

You can not eat, drink or smoke anything 30 mins before your PCR test, if you do it can return an invalid/unclear response from the laboratory.  This may result in additional test costs. You will be asked to blow your nose before the test.

We will also email you a consultation form to complete. Please do not come into the clinic if you have any
symptoms of coronavirus.

How long will it take to get my results emailed?

With an antigen test you will receive your tests certificates via email within 30 minutes of your test appointment in clinic or virtual.

Same day PCR All test before 12pm on the day are dropped to randox that day and results are received by midnight. 

Next day PCR Tests Results before 12pm, result will be recieved by midnight the following day.

 48HR PCR Tests results before 12pm , results will be received by midnight 28 days after the test.

Can I get a same day PCR test?

This is a special request as we have to travel to London to drop the test off. Please contact us for more info.

I haven’t received my certificate what shall I do?

Check your junk email folder first. If not there give us a call on 07463717105 / 07889595753.

Can I cancel my appointment?

We offer strictly no refunds however you can move your appointment to a different date or we can put your account in credit.

I have symptoms, Can you check if I have Coronavirus?

DO NOT BOOK A TEST WITH US IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS

Our antigen swab tests and PCR tests are used in order for you to be able to travel/work. We do not offer on-site Covid tests for patients with current or recent symptoms. Please help us protect the clinic and its staff so that we can continue to be of service to you. Contact the NHS.

Can I book via the salon or social media etc?

No, bookings will be taken over the phone or via the salon so please do not call to book. You must only book via our online booking system.

How long will the test take?

A sample will be taken by a trained technician in around 10 minutes.

How do I know if I need a test to travel?

Please check the government website and contact your airline. http://gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice

Can you advise what test I need / dates etc?

We can not advise on when to take the test due to ever-changing government regulations.  We recommend you check with the government website and contact your airline company.

Does my child need a test?

What happens if my results are inconclusive?

If a test needs to be re-run due to an inconclusive result, this may incur additional costs and is non- refundable. We do not accept any responsibility for loss of flights or any further expenditure that occurs due to delays in results.

My results are positive, what happens next?

On the outcome of a POSITIVE test, you are required by law to go home and self-isolate immediately following the government guidelines. You must request a PCR test from the NHS to confirm the diagnosis and to trigger track and trace. 

If you are abroad – No fit to fly travel certificates will be given for those who have shown a POSITIVE test. No refunds will be given in this instance.

Do you print certificates?

Please note we do not print out certificates. All companies accept electronic versions.

If however you are for example elderly and do not have access to the internet and printers we will help you.
